☕🍫 Wake Me Up Before You Cocoa 🍫☕ [Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookie Saandwich with Salted Dulce Buttercream]

We add cinnamon and cayenne to add a touch of spice to the Dutch cocoa and enhance the richness with espresso. We make our own salted dulce de leche for our American style buttercream. Great for those who love a hint of spice, enjoy creamy filling and like thin chewy crisp cookies. Can eat room temp but I enjoy them chilled!

☎️🍪 Hello? Is It Me You're Cookie For? 🍪 ☎️ [ cookie butter, biscoff cookie]

The batter is mixed with cookie butter, we stuff the middle with a dollop of cookie butter and put a crumble of Biscoff cookies on top.
If you love that caramelized, light spice flavor of Biscoff/speculoos this is for you! Medium sweetness level, good mix of chewy and crispy, this is a treat for someone who wants a balanced treat.

CHONKY COOKIES
Inspired by "NY style", Levain cookies but is my own version of this style. These cookies pack some serious CHONK at 4.5 - 5 oz a cookie. Crunchy exterior holding a soft, cookie dough like center packed with goodies. They're a textural delight!

*Let's Get Chip-Faced! - vanilla batter, blend of dark, semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips with ridge chips. These are for the chocolate lovers and for those who love salty sweet!

*O-Face - vanilla batter, double stuffed Oreos, white chocolate chips, Maldon salt. Great if you love Oreos or are a sugarholic!

*Cinn City- cinnamon batter, white chocolate chips, stuffed with marshmallow, cinnamon grahams. Yummy for those who love fall spices and s'mores type flavors.

CHONKY BOIS
These blondie bars are shaped into a cup so you don't have to choose between chewy richness or crispy edges, you get a bit of both in every bite! This is my own creation, something you won't find anywhere else!

[vanilla cinnamon batter, white chocolate, marshmallow, cinnamon graham]

I love snicker doodles and that honey toasty flavor of graham crackers in S'mores so this combines those flavors together to enhance that cinnamon flavor. Add some gooey marshmallow and creamy white chocolate with the crunchy graham exterior and it's *chef's kiss* 👩‍🍳 💋

💋☕Chai, Felicia! ☕💋[ Chai spice, black tea, butterscotch]

I blend my own mix of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, black pepper and tumeric with black tea. This blondie CHONKY BOI is buttery and full of cheerful spice flavor that we blend with browned butter. The drizzle of butterscotch adds a bit of sweet flavor to balance.

🍪🥔Let's Get Chip Faced! 🥔🍪[Vanilla batter, blend of chocolate chips: dark, semi sweet, milk, wavy potato chips]

We did a blend of chocolate chips so each bite picks up different characteristics of chocolate. We tested dozens of brands to create our blend, which uses FIVE kinds of chocolate in it! The potato chips add textural delight, perfect for salty sweet lovers. This guy is rich AF. There's equal dough to chocolate chips in there so you're gonna get CHIP FACED!
