Oh man. It's been a week now, so I guess it's time to accept it. Lol. Last Saturday, my gym celebrated 3 years. It's been 3 years of my daughter and I training, close to 3 years of me coaching, 3 years of working all hours of the day/night to squeeze in time, 3 years of building myself and my teammates around me, 3 years under humble leadership that has allowed us to blossom in so many ways, 3 years of friendships that have grown into family, 3 years of having the honor to watch so many kids gain so much confidence and strength, and so much more. Within those 3 years, I've somehow managed to earn my purple belt, with my wild child beside me learning along the way. You're always your biggest critic, so you never feel like you're ready yet, but I trust my professor and look forward to all of my continued growth. I'm grateful for everything I've gained here, outside of the belts and medals. I'm grateful for my teammates and all of the gym family that just keeps getting bigger. No one listened when I tried to put in my notice 😂 so I guess let's just keep going 💪🏼🤙🏼💜
