When sleep is not on the equation with new born twins , baking is definitely on the bottom of my “list” 😚.

However, it’s my husband’s birthday today! And who else would I bake for if it wasn’t for but him (sorry for those who have asked , i am still not taking orders at this time).

I’ve been so itching to bake and decorate cakes for months now! This is a chocolate cake with coffee cream cheese frosting and ganache icing. I tried a different look of marble effect this time with some texture and feel quite pleased 😀 with it.

Another custom 𝔽𝕣𝕠𝕫𝕖𝕟 𝕔𝕒𝕜𝕖 💙. I love the baking part but more than all I LOVE to decorate!

This would be my last cake order for a while because my husband and I are getting ready to welcome 2 little family members to our world 👶🏻👶🏼! Even though my morning sickness is going away I decided to cut down on work and baking time until they are born.
I will be still posting some fun pleasure works meanwhile . Until next time!

40 year anniversary cake made with love. It’s a recreation of the couple’s simple and elegant blue wedding cake with a modern touch .

It’s a mini tall cake with hand piped buttercream flowers. Cake flavor is lemon cake with honey buttercream.

Second for Maddison’s birthday this year.

Last year I used fondant rolled thin with a pasta maker. This year I wanted to try wafer paper instead and the result is equally satisfying.
•

This is a talk cake. The 5in top was white vanilla cake with apple butter and caramel sauce filling and the 7 in bottom was chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.

I’ve been so busy this month and have not been posting much on IG so there will be more photo dumps to come !
Blue seems to be the most frequently requested cake color this year so far.
this is the 2nd/ 4 blue 💙 cakes in a row.
I’ve made ruffles with fondants in the past. This one is decorated with Swiss buttercream. Cake flavor is chocolate with strawberry filling.

First post for this spring I decided to venture out of my traditional baking of birthday cakes and try something different: ℂ𝕙𝕖𝕖𝕤𝕖𝕔𝕒𝕜𝕖

Inspired by a non baked cheesecake recipe from Gracious Treatz . Since I couldn’t find Shine Muscat grapes 🍇 , regular Peruvian grapes would do just fine. It is not a traditional cheesecake flavor either but it’s green color was what i wanted
Its look has some room for improvement but it still tastes very delightful !

The top is earl grey cake with fig jam and lavender buttercream. The bottom is matcha cake with raspberry confit and black sesame buttercream

Yes it gluten free but it still taste yummy with it’s grape and pineapple filling and non dairy fresh whipped cream
