Hi all!

There has been an update to our September calendar.

We will not be doing the Sunday St Rose market or pickup locations next Sunday Sept 10th.

As always, we’ve added an additional pickup day to this Thursday for all of the regular Sunday pickup spots.

Grab twice the amount of goodies today at St Rose and freeze!

Good morning bread fam!!

Some calendar updates for September:
- the Spring Valley Hospital market has unfortunately been cancelled due to issues with the hospitals permitting. Come find us at Saturdays Downtown Summerlin market instead! Preorder highly rec’d for Sat as this market gets super busy.

- we will not be doing the Thursday Sept 28th District market or pickup spots (It’s Ryan the bakers birthday!!!) so plan on hitting the Sunday St Rose market that week instead.

-Caraway Rye is back on the ordering system for this Saturday & Sunday as well as NEXT Thursday Sept 7 (this Thursday market is still August).

Our annual 2 week New Mexico hatch green chile white cheddar sourdough extravaganza is back!!

has received their insanely gigantic yearly order of fresh chiles and are roasting them out front of their spot daily until they run out.

We’re heading there for lunch tomorrow and to pick up 30 pounds of chiles to make our favorite seasonal loaf of the year.

This year we’ll be using Tillamook Extra Sharp white cheddar in the loaves as well 🎉🎉

Last year these loaves sold out in (seriously) the first 6 minutes of the market, so we HIGHLY rec pre-ordering at the link in bio to be sure to get yours. We’ve opened it up to order up to 5 mini loaves per person. If you need more just let us know!
