What an incredibly fun week it was to see familiar faces again from our old Seminole location! This awesome family comes down annually from Ohio and used to come see us every year while on vacation and to say they were excited to find us again in our new location is a sheer understatement! What a memorable reunion this was indeed, we were beyond thrilled to see them all again! Blessed beyond words to have created these wonderful friendships and community! SO INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL TO BE BACK!!! 🙏🏻

It was an absolute privilege to have had the opportunity to honor our lifelong family friend, the lovely Ms Evelyn Poole, on May 30th of this year. Together with John Arambages we coordinated a gallery of her incredible artwork that was exhibited at our family’s restaurant, Greek Village in Largo, for a memorable evening that was had by all. At 96 years young, Evelyn lived a beautiful and full life and gifted this world an incredible legacy of love and exquisite art. Anyone who was lucky enough to cross paths with this beautiful soul was indeed blessed beyond words. Evelyn always had a smile on her face and exuded nothing but immeasurable class and grace. She was truly an angel among us and her friendship was a gift I will always treasure.

Rest in peace now, lovely lady. Your art remains on our walls and your friendship and love remains in our hearts. You will always be remembered fondly and with so much love. May your memory be eternal and may your legacy live on forever through each and every one of us. Amen.

Funeral will be this Saturday July 11th at 11am at St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church.
