Real talk: American buttercream is overly sweet for many, including me and I love sweet. Im so glad to have found a great recipe for Swiss Meringue Buttercream. It's very light and you can eat gobs of this without feeling sick. For those of you looking for less sweet frostings, I highly recommend Swiss Meringue buttercream or Whipped Cream icing. Both are excellent choices for a lighter and gently sweet taste. The blueberry jam paired really well with this cake too β¨οΈ π Making delicacies from scratch, from my kitchen to your home π«Άπ»
