Just finished baking two loaves of Overnight White Bread for an order. This recipe has just 4 ingredients: organic unbleached white flour, water, sea salt, and yeast. It has a hard, golden crust with a soft, chewy center. Doesn't even need butter when it's fresh. Makes amazing toast. Send a PM or email [email protected] if you are interested in placing an order for an upcoming holiday gathering! $10/loaf. In your message, please include 1) date/day that you would like to pick up the bread and 2) how many loaves. I will get back to you as soon as possible with availability and pickup details. Orders will be taken first come, first served.

I baked my first double batch of bread today! This is exciting news for Bread Habit, because the sooner I learn how to bake in larger quantities, the sooner I will be able to set up a stand or cart here in REO Town.

Thanks for all the likes! While "Bread Habit" is still in the works, I created this page to start spreading the word, and to start finding people who are interested in enjoying delicious bread! Since I still work a day job, I have a limited schedule of when I can bake. For starters, I am looking to have one day a week (Sunday) that is dedicated to baking/arranging delivery/pickups. Stay tuned for a June baking schedule!
