Good morning on a very overcast, dampish from yesterday's downpours, but overall a good day to get out and enjoy the non rain for now lol -on this Friday June 5th, here at Home Sweet Home 🏡!
The Friday special is the Club 🌯 wrap sandwich served with chips and fresh fruit.
If you're in the market for soup 🥣 we have Fish stew. A Sicilian/italian themed soup with white fish, clams, mini gnocchi, tomato, and parsley. It is topped with croutons and parmesan cheese.
A few goodies in the case, but I will reconcile that this evening! There will be rhubarb themed desserts and we are featuring a rhubarb cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting while supplies last this weekend.

Good morning on another warm, bright and sunny, beautiful looking Tuesday June 2nd, here at Home Sweet Home 🏡!
Our special today is the three soft-shelled Chicken Street Taco plate served with fresh fruit. Seasoned chicken, crunchy slaw, creamy avocado, and topped with a cilantro lime dressing.
If you want soup 🥣 in this heat 😂 I have a Sicilian Fish stew. It is available by the cup or the bowl and served with a homemade dinner roll and spinach artichoke pinwheel while supplies last.

Good morning on a absolutely beautiful looking start to this Monday June 1st, here at Home Sweet Home 🏡!
Our special today is a Chicken and veggie lo mein stir fry. It comes served with an egg roll and small fresh fruit.
Our soup 🥣 today is a sicilian Fish Stew. A lovely brothy soup with whitefish, clams, tiny pieces of gnocchi, tomato, garlic, and fresh parsley. It'll be served with croutons and fresh parmesan cheese on top. And it comes with a homemade dinner roll and spinach artichoke pinwheel while supplies last.

Good morning on an overcast, with an occasional sprinkle, but still warm and comfortable, on a mild Sunday May 31st, here at Home Sweet Home 🏡!
The breakfast buffet is up and running with all of your favorites including meat and veggie omelette, scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns, mini pancakes, French toast sticks, spinach artichoke pinwheels, bacon & sausage, and homemade biscuits and gravy. On the cold side we have our bowl of fresh fruit, fresh watermelon, assorted yogurts, and mango passion fruit punch. The goodies today include mini cinnamon rolls, lemon poppy seed scones, and cherry cream cheese phyllo Danish. There are different plate sizes and prices for every appetite and budget!
We also have a full dessert case full of goodies plus- cookies, brownies, and scones. We also have cinnamon and caramel rolls available.
Come in and see us real soon, we are here today until 2:00 p.m. 😊

Good morning on a cooler start to a mostly cloudy sky but a bright Sun and possibly a beautiful looking Saturday May 30th, here at Home Sweet Home 🏡!
I'm sorry but there's no special today. We will run off of menu. As always we cook breakfast the entire time we're open and we start lunch at 11:00 a.m. .
If anyone wants soup in this heat- LOL I can provide homemade Chicken-n- stars. I'm not a big soup girl in the heat and have never gotten used to that! 😁
Still have a vast array of many delicious desserts in the case to choose from along with cookies, brownies, and scones! If you're out and about, come see us! We are here today until 3:00 p.m. 😊

Good morning on a very warm, partly cloudy, bright and sunny- going to be another warm one, on this Friday May 28th, here at Home Sweet Home,🏡!
Our special today is the Club 🌯 wrap sandwich served with chips and fresh fruit.
I do have Chicken-n-stars soup available that will be heated to order. It's too hot for soup lol! 😂
New goodies in the case include Key lime pie, New York style cheesecake, two crust Rhubarb pie, Elton's rhubarb custard pie, Mocha cream pie, and Banoffee pie. Banoffee pie is a popular British dessert that includes fresh bananas atop homemade toffee with chocolate biscuit crust and topped with whipped cream.
The new scone in the case this week is Rhubarb cardamom.
If you are out and about come see us! Please keep in mind that we are still extremely understaffed and doing our very very best to get your food out to you in a timely manner as possible! We are here today until 3:00 p.m. 😊

We just had a group of 25 come in from cedar valley. It's going to be at least an hour before we can help anyone else with lunch! I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I wanted to throw that heads up out there. Sorry to disappoint!

Happy early morning on this Monday May 25th, a beautiful blue sky and nice warm temperatures on this Memorial Day, here at Home Sweet Home 🏡!
I'm sorry for putting the special on early today but I'm afraid I won't have time later! Today we are offering a BLT with a delicious homemade asparagus salad, chips and fresh fruit.
