I wanted to try some cinnamon raisin bread with yeast but I did not have 6 hours to let that dough chill so I settled on a cinnamon raisin quick bread instead and it is AMAZING! It is also made gluten free!

I got to try making lemon ricotta cookies for the first time tonight for a client! I'm not sure how they're supposed to taste but they are so yummy! Also, if you need Christmas cookies let me know!! I just added the sugar cookies in the first picture to my list of available cookies! Cookie boxes are $25 for a half dozen of 4 varieties of cookies!
