It originated back when my Mamaw Minnie Elizabeth Nowell-Cooper/Williams was still alive, and teaching us her gbabies how to bake, and appreciate a great southern made dessert. My specialty on pies of course is Southern style pies, from: Southern bu

rnt pie ( only the name, not really burnt.lol.) to southern buttermilk, and most especially Southern Chess pie, from the traditional chess, to variations such as lemon chess, to orange chess to lime chess. You name it, I will make it, bring your own recipe to me, and I will make them also. I have books that can also be thumbed through to get ideas on desserts for your next get together, or just family time/dinner. Inspiration also comes from great women such as Martha Stewart, and of course none better than that wonderful southern woman " Paula Dean".
