I've been quiet on here these past few days but would like to set some things straight.
There was a post on social media this past weekend that lumped us in with two other businesses causing a major uproar in our community. Our building was not bought by Chrusciki.
My mother and I would like to say that we have had a really good relationship with the owner of our building. They welcomed us in and took a leap of faith with us 3 years ago. They invited our family in.
We started out September of 2019 not really knowing what we were getting ourselves into. It's hard enough opening a business but throw COVID on top of it and lets just say it's been a wild ride.
That being said our time in Lancaster has come to an end. We were indeed offered to buy the building multiple times but just didn't want to take on being a landlord, seeing all the work and upkeep the building has needed in the past couple of years. Maybe we should have bought?! But..... we didn't and that's ok.
Either way we're on to a new chapter in our lives and very happy for all the people and friends we've made along the way. We wish the incoming business the best of luck.
We will be open until May 14th, and we will be out of the building by June 1st. Until then we will carry on like normal and if you have a gift card I encourage you to use it.
Thank you to everyone who has messaged us or called. We appreciate all your kind words.
One thing that has made this make some sense to me is the saying "It's God's plan not ours."
All will be well.
Now another thing I would like to say is get off the internet people and start living!! Look at all the nastiness that has come out this past weekend. Dont live like that, be kind to one another, lift one another up, love one another.
Lancaster is our home town so we're sure we will see you around.
