My very first order back from maternity leave had to be for one of the cutest nephews ever 💚

Happy birthday to our sweet Ivan! When my sister-in-law told me the theme, I instantly knew a golf ball cake was the perfect fit. And of course, I had to include his famous little saying about playing golf on Tuesdays… even though we all know it doesn’t always happen on Tuesdays 😂

Getting to create something so special for someone we love made coming back even more meaningful. We love you so much, Ivan — hope your day was as fun and wonderful as you are ⛳️💚

*I will also add that while I do have a few orders already in the books I’m still taking it slow especially since I’m trying to get accustomed to having a baby and baking/decorating. Please bear with me as I navigate this business with a baby.*

It’s been a little while since I’ve shared anything new. I took a much-needed break while pregnant and welcoming our beautiful daughter earlier than expected. This cake was actually the last one I made—just four days before I was admitted and three days later our baby girl arrived.

This masterpiece (the cake, not the baby 😉) was created for my amazing coworkers, best friends, former dispatch partner, and favorite officers. I’m so grateful and honored to share this special moment with you all, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for the two of you 🥰

As for my return to baking, I’m still easing my way back and not quite ready to take on any orders just yet—but I’m hopeful it won’t be too long. I truly miss my customers and creating orders for you all, and I can’t wait to be back doing what I love very soon!

Hi friends! 💕

I just wanted to share a quick update — I won’t be taking any more orders until around March 2026. This year has been a whirlwind, and with our first baby arriving in December 👶✨ I really want to take this time to prepare, soak it all in, and focus on family. Between weddings, showers, and all the nesting, these next few months are going to be full!

I can’t thank y’all enough for every order, inquiry, and kind word you’ve shared with me — your support has truly meant the world. Please keep me in your prayers as I take this little pause, and hopefully I’ll be back to baking once things settle after baby arrives.

In the meantime, I do have an amazing local baker I can recommend if you’re needing sweets — her work is beautiful and I know you’ll love her!

Thank you all so much for understanding and cheering me on through this exciting season. 💖

The theme was lemons of course since their last name will be Leamons. Lemon cake with blueberry filling and lemon buttercream and of course some lovely cookies 🥰🥰🥰

Happy birthday America and Jennifer!! This set barely made it to the delivery location. Due to the horrendous weather conditions and being stuck on our property we were finally able to get into town. Although it wasn’t as bad as some places, I’m glad we all made it safely.

Also prayers to all those families that were affected by these floods.

Ivan is turning 2!!

Our adorable little nephew turned two this past week and of course his Aunt Cookie just had to make his cakes and cookies!! I think a personalized mini cake for thw birthday boy will be a thing every year.

Baby in bloom has been on my bucket list for a very long time now and I was excited when I was asked to make these! We added butterflies 🦋 too!!
