Okay this was supposed to be a celebration cake, but it turned out to be a cheer me up cake.. even if it was broncos.. it was yummy :D my first attempt with a new pan set.. I wont be using it again.. but it was fun :) home made everything even fondant ;)

So here is my latest creation.. this is a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate butter cream frosting.. which is covered in fondant.. the blood and brain matter is made from strawberry compote.. I know it looks gross ;) but it was amazing :D
