Miss Natalia's Kitchen products are baked in accordance with the Texas Cottage Food Law. Everything is baked and decorated in my home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or the local health department. I have 20 years of resta

urant experience and am well versed in sanitary kitchen requirements. All of my baking utensils are cleaned and sterilized, but because everything is baked in my home kitchen, there is always a possibility of cross contamination with potential allergens. I can not guarantee that all of my products are 100% allergen free, so please let me know if you have any food allergies.

Slowly coming out of my cookie summer hibernation, and apparently, I’ve kept myself busy.

I’ve been entertaining the idea of adding cake pops to the lineup for some time, which means new labels are being designed, space is being made in the cookie studio, and a few more tools are finding their way into the kitchen.

You could say I’m committed 😉

This long weekend, I’ll be testing a few different flavors and seeing where this little cake pop adventure takes me.
