I was able to bake some birthday cupcakes for a very special girls bday this week!!! She’s not a huge fan of chocolate so I baked my first ever scratch batch of strawberry cupcakes, with a whipped strawberry frosting, topped with chocolate covered strawberry “Christmas trees.” (Of course the other 12 were red devil!)
