The facility is a dedicated gluten-free kitchen that has been inspected by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture. Products are handcrafted locally using a unique blend of gluten-free flours that provides an enjoyable texture and flavor.
We love watching someone with no dietary restrictions try one of our products and say, “Oooohhhhh, this is amazing!” And we love knowing that the carefully selected ingredients are making room at the table for people with Celiac Disease and other gluten-related conditions.
