Hybrid GF sourdough boule. It’s soft, moist and has a pretty good crumb. Takes 2 days so be prepared! Recipe on the back of King Arthur’s Gluten Free Bread Flour. Be aware- the flour is made with certified gluten free wheat starch. My celiac daughter does fine with it but it’s a definite no-go for wheat allergies! Let me know if you try it!
