I’m Katerina, and every Thursday I bake fresh sourdough bread for my local community in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
🍞 Fresh sourdough bread is available for pre-order every Sunday 11 AM- Wednesday 8am, with porch pickup every Thursday.
My bread is made the traditional way using organic flour, water, sea salt and a long fermentation process. Simple ingredients, slow fermentation, and plenty of care go into every loaf 🌾💛
Every recipe I make is prepared with high-quality ingredients because these are the same products I use to bake for my own family. I believe good food starts with good ingredients, and that’s something I never compromise on.
This week, we’re also welcoming a new item to the menu: 🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookies!
I’m so excited to share my homemade recipe with you. Made with fine Belgian chocolate chunks, these cookies have a perfectly balanced sweetness and plenty of rich chocolate in every bite.
