We get so focused on prepping for Thanksgiving lunch/dinner that we sometimes forget about breakfast. Let me help you take that off your to-do list this year with a sweet and savory breakfast pastry box: 16 pieces total.

4x straight croissants
4x mini chocolate croissants
4x mini maple pecan croissants
4x mini chedd’r chive scones

Might serve 4, might serve 8 🫣 Add coffee and fruit and call it the easiest breakfast ever so you can concentrate on the rest of your prep.

All vegan: no dairy, no egg.

26 hours in the making 🥯 These bagels are 100% sourdough, no other raising agents added, made with organic flour (half whole wheat), organic malted barley syrup. Boiled then baked for that classic bagel chewiness.
The bread experiments continue 🍞

When the homeschool group needs a volunteer for early Friendsgiving dessert, you know I’m signing up as fast as I can.

The good side of taking an extended break is I’ve had time to work on things outside my wheelhouse (not this cake - this is very much in my wheelhouse 😉). I’ve been making bagels by the dozens, overcoming my fear of working with yeast, and stepped up my home-cooked-dinner game. Is there any baked good you wish you could get but just can’t find around here in Palm Beach County? Or something shippable even? Let me know. I’m tired of making buttercream but I love to bake and experiment!
