I wanted to do a highlight for my favorite banneton:
I started out using traditional brotforms but when created these bannetons, I knew I had to try them. I haven’t looked back since.
And this is not a paid ad or partnership, I just truly love the quality of these bannetons and love how it elevates my loaves. They are extremely easy to clean, stack easily in my cabinet, and wicker away that additional moisture beautifully.
