Did you know you can buy "sourdough" from Sam's or Costco with a whole list of ingredients? I tried to count them and gave up. Or you can buy my sourdough with only five ingredients! 🤚🥖

And yes my organic AP is also unbleached....working on updating my label. I just kind of thought that was a given. Is there organic AP that isn't unbleached? 🤔

Happy Mother's Day to my mom! She shows up for me to markets over and over again. Yesterday we both struggled with vertigo bc my spot was on a slight slope. 😵‍💫 Most people wouldn't be impacted by this but standing on a slight slope for four turned my world upside down.

My goals after yesterday's market were to fulfill a Mother's day order, color my hair and go to dinner for my husband's birthday. I had to cancel all of those plans. 🙃 If you saw me at the market and I looked fine, I wasn't. On the inside it felt like I just stepped off the Tom's Twister in 1995.

I didn't name this business Dizzy Kitchen bc it was a catchy name. It's bc I've been dealing with vertigo since I was 20. Over half my life. Really I'm sharing this message to let everyone know we should all be kind to one another bc you never know what someone is dealing with silently. 💕
