I know you’ve been thinking about these gooey b cookies recently & personally, I don’t think you should hold off until the holidays to enjoy a dozen or 3. I mean, why the heck not? After all, you make the rules.

I’ll be making a trip to ole Costco on Friday so if I can get you some gooey butters whipped up for pickup on Saturday or Sunday, let me know!
