Happy First Birthday Kai!!

It was family time celebration for my great grandson and of course grandma had to bring all her sweet treats.

It was a baseball theme party. I created the cake, chocolate covered Oreos and Pretzel rods to resemble baseball ball and bat. Rice Krispies with Kai’s image on them. Cake pops and decorated cookies. And of course a smash cake for Kai to have for his own.

These cookies have a tale…… I met a lady at a Baby Shower in Lake Placid last year and she said “I love your cookies I'll call you next year for my daughter's wedding”. Didn't think I'd actually get a call but I guess a cookie lover's promise is a promise she ordered 120 cookies 60 of each design and yeah you guessed it they needed to be mailed to Georgia the state talk about a cookie delivery challenge the box represents 30 pounds of Cookies that I Fedex to her.
