Just a lil late post.

I love having all the dough out of a container and ready for shaping. I feel like a kid with play doh. Except I can actually eat this, once it’s baked 😉

This amount of dough makes 12 full size loaves, or 24 half size.

The dough usually comes out pretty easily, but I did a lot of research to make sure I use BPA free containers. And that they are also prop 65 warning free. Gentle reminder to always check your purchases (dining ware and even sleeping bags!) to make sure they don’t have that warning.

Delish.

With the leftover toasted maters we’re gonna put it on sourdough toast in the morning 🙊

The sourdough has been a little too happy lately. Which is great! But it resulted in some really good oven spring today, which means some of these thicc boys aren’t going to fit in my normal bread bags.

So they might be just in plastic, or wrapped in butcher paper. 🫣

Either way come grab your favorites tomorrow!
