I’m happy to be getting involved with the community and excited to finally be open!

Today we are spotlighting Hollow who are known for their specialty cakes for birthdays, weddings and events. In addition to cakes, they make great chocolate coated almond toffee, cupcakes, pastries and bread. Abriel has always loved baking and was devoted to getting a pastry certification and open her own business. She has now been open since July of this year and plans to grow from a delivery only, home bakery into a food truck and hopefully more! They will be adding a variety of dessert table options, cookies, etc. If there is something you like but it wasn’t listed, do not hesitate to contact them. They are open to new ideas and may even add it to their menu!
