Design for 4th of July Cupcakes finished. This was the second design I did for the buttercream topping on the cupcakes. The first design was also red, white and blue but was much too busy for the colors in the cake. Setting designs is fun but it can also be challenging. Going to try this deliciousness on the 4th of July Cupcakes. Sifting makes the powdered sugar so soft and fluffy like you think a cloud would be. Always weigh out the powdered sugar before sifting. 🥰

🎉🎉🎉 TESTING CUPCAKES FOR 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATIONS.

Will be finishing the cupcakes with my best ever buttercream frosting, a rich creamy vanilla bean flavor but not too sweet or overly rich. Orders will be delivered free to zip codes in Lake Oswego and the surrounding area on Saturday July 2nd for families and friends having events on Sunday, or can be delivered Sunday July 3rd (in the afternoon after church)…your choice. 💖🍓 Sweet Sixteen Cake!🍓💚

Strawberry cake with a Strawberry & Cream filling, finished in a Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Buttercream. Green is the favorite for the birthday girl so the buttercream was tinted with mint green. Splashes of strawberry pink were added for a hint of the delicious goodness awaiting inside! ✨
