FILLS originally opened in downtown Portland in 2020, and moved to Lake Oswego in July of 2021. Since then, we’ve continued our focus on seasonality, quality ingredients, and unexpected flavor combinations, both sweet and savory! FILLS is most well known for our creative berliner-style donuts. d. Our dough is made using natural levain, Central Milling organic flour, and organic sugar. It’s fried in small batches, cooled, hand filled, and glazed. You can also find this same brioche dough put to work as buns for our breakfast sandwiches and burgers! Additionally, our offerings have expanded to include brioche rings and crullers, which are made with a fluffy dough called pâte à choux.
