After not baking yesterday (my main bake day each week) since it was Selah's birthday, the goodies stock was low... so I decided to throw together some cake containers this morning with what I did have on hand and ended up with 🤎☕️ MARBLE MOCHA CAKE ☕️🤎

>>> Homemade marble cake diced up (thanks to baking for Selah's party tomorrow for the Create Your Own Cake Cup spread she's gonna have) topped with homemade semi-sweet ganache & Coffee Frosting 🤤

It's the perfect treat to kick off the weekend right!

But, they're super limited, so make sure to stop at the Nebagamon Cart ASAP!

There are also ✨️NEW✨️ Chocolate-dipped Cosmic Sugar Cookies (dipped sugar cookies sprinkled with cosmic chocolate chips - dye-free, of course!) at both Carts today, as well as a couple other treats & English Muffin Bread (which pairs amazingly with any of the jams/jellies available at the Nebagamon Cart from Follis Funny Farm 🙌)

☕️🍰 Surprised the hubby at work yesterday with Coffee Cake for his birthday...literally cake made with coffee (& coffee frosting, of course)!

If I had chocolate covered espresso beans on hand, I would have used those for the border, but chocolate chips were the next best option.

Anyway, hands down new FAVORITE cake!!! Soo ridiculously moist, but with the most delectable outer "crust" and just the right amount of sweetness to balance out the coffee flavor.

Thinking this needs to be added to our menu... what do YOU think?!

🥳 Today is my husband Derek Kraemer 's birthday, and tomorrow is my daughter Selah's 9️⃣th birthday!

In celebration, both today AND tomorrow, we'll be running this birthday week special at BOTH Bakery Carts (Lake Nebagamon at 9254 E County Rd B, Lake Nebagamon AND in Esko in the driveway of Kraemer Construction)! Tomorrow will ONLY be the Nebagamon Cart, as the Esko Cart will be closed.

Quite literally a loaf meant to be made into one giant sandwich to cut up and share with Family (or friends). And it's super soft & made with organic unbleached hard red wheat flour & malted barley flour.

It's about 12" x 8"
