Gearing up for the holidays… Our first experiment with natural sugars (instead of refined white sugar) was pumpkin pie. The pie was made with coconut palm sugar and agave nectar, both of which have a warm caramel taste that seemed to enhance the spices and warmth of pumpkin pie (plus they don’t make your blood sugar rapidly rise and fall). The family loved it and I will be serving it at our Thanksgiving dinner this year!

Hello Cream Puffery friends! I am happy to announce that this summer we are experimenting with naturally low glycemic index desserts. For those of you who love white sugar, don't worry, some things will never change ;) I personally LOVE agave nectar and other delicious natural sweeteners. Stay tuned to see what kinds of yumminess we come up with!

Our Easter Traditions: Coconut Cake decorated with coconut flakes and jelly beans and our Carrot Cake which is loaded to the brim with fresh carrots, pineapple and walnuts, frosted with rich cream cheese frosting.
