There’s something special about this loaf ❤️

The Italian Herbs + Cheese Batard is one of those breads that fills the kitchen with the best smell and never seems to last long once sliced.

Flour, water, salt, time… and a whole lot of care.

This little bakery started with sourdough and a simple hope of sharing good bread with our community. Seeing these loaves head out into your homes still never gets old.
