It's been such a busy summer were just now posting Erin. She goes to NMU during the school year so we only get her for another month, which is very sad because we're gonna miss her.

Also as good as she is at making bread, shes even better at making cupcakes and cakes so hopefully everyone gets a chance to try those one day soon :)
