I have a very limited number of cookies available TODAY. These will likely be the last few batches I make for a little while, as I’ll be taking a short break while I move.

Ube cookie made with white chocolate chips, birthday cake truffle, and birthday cake sprinkles.

BROWN BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP — $5
Brown butter cookie dough loaded with semi-sweet chocolate chips and Lindt milk chocolate pieces throughout, finished with sea salt.

WHITE CHOCOLATE BISCOFF STUFFED — $5
Biscoff-infused vanilla dough with white chocolate chips, stuffed with Biscoff spread and topped with a Biscoff cookie.

Very limited quantities available, so once these are sold, there won’t be any more for today.

These will be very limited, so if you’ve been waiting for one of these flavors, now is the time to claim yours. I won’t be making a large batch, and availability will be first come, first served.

Pre-orders are recommended to reserve your cookies. Once the available cookies are claimed, there won’t be any more until the next bake.

PRE-ORDER UPDATE

Just a quick reminder that I am still accepting orders. I may not always have cookies posted as available for same-day pickup, but I am still actively taking pre-orders.

For the time being, there is a 4-item minimum for orders. This can be:
• 4 or more cookies
• 4 or more cinnamon rolls
• 4 or more of any other menu item
• Basque cheesecake is the exception and can be ordered separately

At the moment, nothing is available for same-day pickup. All orders require advance notice, with a current turnaround time of approximately 24–48 hours, depending on the order.

So if you’ve been wanting to order, you absolutely still can. Just keep the 4-item minimum and advance-order requirement in mind when placing your order.

TEMPORARY ORDERING UPDATE

For the time being, everything on the menu will be PRE-ORDER ONLY.

I’m currently only accepting orders of 4 items or more. This can be a 4-pack of cookies, 4 cinnamon rolls, multiple brownies, or a combination of items from the menu.

The full menu is still available, including OG cookies, specialty cookie flavors, cheesecake, brownies, salted caramel brownies, salted caramel cheesecake brownies, OG cinnamon rolls, and more.

Please don’t miss out on the Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls. They are only available for September and October, and after that I’ll be introducing some new flavors.

All orders will be made fresh, so please plan ahead and place your order in advance.

🍪 THE TEXTURE IS THE POINT.

If you like your cookies thick, chewy, and gooey, these are for you.

My cookies are made with a thick 4.5 oz dough portion and baked straight from frozen, which helps them keep that tall, chunky shape.

The outside gets that beautiful golden, slightly crisp shell — you can literally tap the top and hear it. 🤌🏼

But break one open while it’s still warm and the inside is a completely different story: soft, gooey, rich, and almost cookie-dough-like in the center.

That crisp outside + gooey center is exactly the texture I aim for.

Freshly baked cookies really are best when you get them warm.
