I just love making sourdough croissants! This yummy batch along with pain au chocolat are off to an office this morning. 🌞
Both are made with organic red wheat + barley flour blend, LOTS of grassfed butter, local raw milk, organic raw sugar and Himalayan pink salt. Pain au chocolat is made with organic fair trade dark chocolate. Great ingredients matter! 🥐❤️

Some delicious sourdough cinnamon buns with cream cheese frosting went to a lucky office this morning! You can’t go wrong with a classic everyone loves! 😉👏🏼
Long-fermented and made with organic red wheat, barley, and whole grain flours with grassfed butter, local raw milk, pasture raised eggs, and organic grassfed cream cheese, raw sugar + cinnamon.
