Ok people even if your not a health nut and you don't eat paleo you MUST order the pumpkin bars and carrot cake cupcakes for thanksgiving! That are the bomb! If you want them for thanksgiving you must order by tomorrow afternoon. Remember all the money is being donated to the ST. Nicholas center.

hey yall I know I have been MIA for a while. Sorry about that. I want to let yall in on something I am starting in November that I am very excited about! I always do a project with my kiddos around christmas time to raise money to donate to a charity.

This year we are going to bake and selling paleo treats and all the money will be donated to the Saint Nicholas Center!

Details are being worked out as we speak! I am so excited about this and so are my kids! I will have all the details by next week.

Hey y'all! So we have hit a few snags and will have to take sometime off. We will no longer be selling food out of the crossfit gym but I am hard at work on finding somewhere else to sell from!

Just to keep you on the edge of your seat I have been working on some new items..... Paleo hummus, paleo stuffed grape leave, paleo shrimp and grits and some sweet treats too! I hope to have news by next week on where we will be selling our meals so hang in there! Thanks for your support!
