“Give us this day our daily bread.” Matthew 6:11

When I began this journey, that meant two things to me:

1)Bread should be daily and perishable, it shouldn’t last 2 weeks on the shelf.

2)I didn’t know why but I knew I needed Jesus every single day

Those are both still true, but it has developed into a different meaning for me.

Every day is a gift, every bite of food, laugh with a friend, kiss from my wife. Everything I have is a gift to cherish. So, naturally everything I have is an offering to The Giver. Makes work really fun when it’s not yours but for someone who has given you so much already.
