Since I've noticed we have a bit of new followers and I have been MIA since moving I'd like to re introduced myself !! My name is Hailey Winston, the owner of Nae's Cookie Bar. I graduated going on 2 years in November from pastry arts school to become a pastry chef. I have 4 amazing children which I adore above all and im married to my best friend! My goal is to open a home bakery giving me the opportunity to have a perfect work life balance. I specialize in gourmet cookies, taking your favorite dessert and make it into a bite size, on the go, personal serving! I also do cakes and other items even tho I mostly promote cookies.
