Today is all about celebrating the unconditional love, loyalty, and happiness that dogs bring into our lives. And we’re especially grateful that our girl gets to grow up with her best four-legged friends by her side. 🐾

🎒 Our August Pathways Pop-Up is going BARK TO SCHOOL!

Bring your dog for back-to-school pictures and a report card with any monetary donation, pup cups, Pathways tie dye tshirts, grooming, homemade treats, and the mobile dog gym!

🦴 Cafeteria: Small-batch homemade dog treats from Good Dog Treatery will be available for sale!
📸 Picture Day Prep: Contact us to schedule a full groom with Family Tails Mobile Pet Grooming. Walk-ins welcome for nail trims and quick baths.
🏃 P.E. Class: Contact us to schedule with Patchey's Paws LLC.

We’ll also be collecting school supplies for Western Wayne students and supplies for the Pathways dogs. Monetary donations help us care for the dogs here now while moving toward the future campus we need to save more.

Attention pet parents!! 🐾
Very exciting news that emergeny vet care is going to be available closer to the area.

Our phones are officially up and running!

While Steamtown Veterinary Center isn’t open just yet, we’ll be in the office until 7 PM tonight and would love to start getting you and your pets into our system.

Give us a call and we can get your basic information set up ahead of time. That way, once we’re open, if you ever need us for an emergency or urgent visit, you’re already in our system and there’s one less thing to worry about.

Steamtown Veterinary Center is not a general practice, and we are not here to replace your primary care veterinarian. We are an emergency and urgent care hospital here to work alongside the great veterinary practices in our community when your pet needs more immediate care.

In addition to emergency and urgent care, we will also be performing surgeries.

We’re getting close and can’t wait to open our doors and start serving the community!

Mom is really busy, so I told her I’d take over the Good Dog Treatery page. 😎

I even offered to help bake treats… but she said I’m still a little too young. Something about making more of a mess than dog treats. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Anyway, don’t forget to place your orders so I can play in the flour!!

4th of July safety tips for your pups! 🇺🇸

Tonight might be a stressful night for your pups but Walker is here to give you some tips to help keep everyone calm!

🎆 Keep dogs inside before fireworks start
🎆 Turn on TV, music, or a fan to help drown out some of the noise
🎆 Offer a favorite toy, chew, or treat to keep them occupied (bonus points if they are GDT treats 😉)
🎆 Make sure doors, windows, and gates are secure, frightened dogs may try to escape.
