Valley Isle Kombucha is proud to present Alchemy Maui, our kombucha tasting room and bakery! Featuring 14 exciting flavors of kombucha on tap, and a farm-to-table menu, Alchemy Maui is the perfect place for a light, healthy lunch.

At Alchemy Maui, we feature our exclusive kombucha blends—including brand new flavors that you won’t find anywhere else—and a mouthwatering menu of salads, seafood, and sourdough paninis. (Try the fresh Mahi tacos with mango salsa, or the turkey panini with Cajun Aioli.) We also offer fresh-baked Maui Artisan Sourdough bread Tuesday–Friday.

At Alchemy Maui, our food and drinks are local and non-GMO and include vegetarian and vegan offerings. Our kombucha is raw and brewed to perfection. From community favorites like Maui Melon to seasonal infusions like Blood Orange, you are sure to find a new kombucha flavor to love.
