Introducing Apéro Hour at Chaupain.

Join us Wednesdays through Sundays from 3:00–6:00 PM for a thoughtfully curated menu of seasonal small plates and specialty wines, crafted by our Executive Chef Chris. Whether you’re meeting friends, unwinding after work, or simply taking a moment to slow down, Apéro Hour brings the French café experience into the afternoon.

Starting at our Laguna Niguel store, with Newport Beach and San Clemente coming soon.

We’re excited to share that we’ve officially broken ground on our 5th Chaupain location in Seal Beach!

Located in the heart of Old Town Seal Beach, just steps from the pier, this marks an exciting new chapter for our growing Chaupain community.

Seal Beach holds a special place in Sarah’s heart, with memories dating back to her childhood, making this opportunity especially meaningful. We are honored to become part of a community that has long been loved by locals and visitors alike.

From handcrafted pastries and fresh-baked breads to delicious meals shared around the table, we look forward to bringing Chaupain to North Orange County.

Thank you for supporting us through every step of this journey. We cannot wait to welcome you through our doors and share what we are building together 🫶

Chef Richard’s incredible mille-feuille is featured in the exhibition, a reflection of the skill, passion and craftsmanship our baking team brings to Chaupain every day.

Chef Christine and Chef Estephany represent Chaupain alongside fellow industry professionals, exploring global butter and pastry trends that continue to inspire our craft.

Behind every pastry at Chaupain is a team dedicated to learning, growing and perfecting what they do. Their expertise is what make our pastries truly one of a kind!
