This is definitely not a post I expected to have to make right now, but sometimes life has a way of changing our plans.
Due to an unforeseen relocation, Little Batch Bakes will be taking a temporary hiatus from new orders. This was a very unexpected change for our family, and while it’s bittersweet to step away for a little while, I know it’s what we need to do right now.
If you already have an August order that has been paid for, please know that your order will still be honored if you wish for It to be.
If you have an order that’s not for August, I will be contacting you to refund your order.
That being said.. with our relocation, pickup will simply look a little different for the time being. August orders will need to have a specific pick up time, located at the LaFayette Walmart. This will mainly be in the evening, after 7 pm. If this is an issue, please let me know. I’ll be reaching out to everyone individually to make sure we have a pickup plan that works for the both of us.
As for new orders… I’m pressing pause for now.
I truly cannot thank every single person who has supported this little business enough. From the people who ordered a cookie or brownie in the very beginning, to the ones who trusted me with birthday cakes and special occasions, to everyone who has shared my posts, recommended me to a friend, followed along, or simply cheered me on. You have helped make Little Batch Bakes so much more than I ever imagined it could be.
Once we are settled, situated, and life feels a little less upside down, I fully intend to bring Little Batch Bakes back. I’m hoping to be back up and baking again by next Spring, and I cannot wait to get back into the kitchen and create for you all again.
Don’t forget about me. 🫶🏻
