Just wanted to check in with all of our wonderful farmstand customers. 🤍

We are hopefully starting to be on the mend, but I’m still pretty down and my body is telling me it needs some serious rest to fully recover from this intense infection. I’m trying my best to listen to it and not push myself too hard.

We will be fulfilling pre-orders throughout the week, and we are planning to be BACK this weekend with fresh baked goodies at the stand! 🥧🍞🧁

I cannot thank y’all enough for continuing to support our little farmstand, checking on me, praying for me, and being so understanding while I’ve had to slow down. Please keep those prayers coming — they truly mean more than you know. 🤍

And I have one little favor to ask! Since we’ve had to be a little quieter lately, the Facebook algorithm has definitely stopped showing our posts like it used to. 😭 If you see this post, would you LIKE it, COMMENT something below, or SHARE it to help Cunningham Farms find its way back onto everyone’s feed?

🤎 CUNNINGHAM FARMS FARMSTAND — UPDATED INFO & SWEET REMINDERS 🤎

LONG POST BUT PLEASE READ! ✨

As we continue to grow, we’ve had to make a few updates to our policies. We are so incredibly grateful for the continued support of our little farmstand and our family. Thank you for growing with us! 🌾🤍

We also want to gently address a few ongoing issues we’ve been experiencing, including pre-orders not being picked up and items with customer names being taken by mistake or without checking first, and multiple thefts. We know our community is wonderful and honest, and we truly appreciate you helping us keep things running smoothly.

With the recent heat and some health changes, we are adjusting our weekly routine:

🌸 ORDERING + STOCKING

• Weekdays will now be primarily PRE-ORDERS
• Occasional extras will be posted as “UP FOR GRABS”
• Saturdays will be our main stocking day with the largest selection of fresh baked goods

Everything is still made fresh in small batches, so availability may vary.

🧁 PRE-ORDERS

• Please allow 24–48 hours depending on order size
• Please include a phone number for Bakesy invoicing
• Payment: Venmo or cash at pickup
• We do not require pre-payment at this time — it is welcomed, but not required, and we truly appreciate being able to keep it that way

We have had several pre-orders recently that were never picked up. We completely understand that life happens, but ingredients, time, and care go into every order we make.

🤍 Please only place a pre-order if you fully intend to pick it up. If something comes up, just send us a message so we can adjust accordingly.

🌾 SELF-SERVE FARMSTAND

We operate on the honor system, and we are so thankful for our honest community.

We do need to gently remind everyone:

🏷️ If it has a name on it — please do NOT take it.
These are reserved pre-orders and belong to a specific customer. We have had a few instances where named orders were accidentally (or unfortunately not accidentally) taken, and it creates a lot of stress and disappointment.

🧁 No name + price = available for purchase

We will also continue posting extras throughout the day when available.

💵 PAYMENT INFO

All Cunningham Farms items are paid at the cash box using the posted instructions.

🍭 Dunham Freeze Co. freeze-dried items are separate and must be paid directly to their Venmo listed at the stand.

🌙 HOURS + SAFETY

The farmstand is daylight hours only — not open after dark.

For the safety of our family and customers, please also be aware that the stand is under video and audio surveillance.

🤍 KIND REMINDERS

• Please double-check names before taking any items
• Please pay before leaving the stand
• Please leave stand supplies (coolers, baskets, etc.) unless marked otherwise
• Please supervise children at all times
• We also offer a free children’s library—please enjoy it respectfully 📚🤍
• Please let us know if anything is out of place or needs attention

We know some days the stand may not be fully stocked, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Pre-orders are the best way to guarantee your favorites, and Saturdays will offer the fullest selection.

This farmstand is built on community, and we are beyond grateful for each of you. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and continued support as we grow. 🤍

📣 A FEW FARMSTAND REMINDERS 📣

We absolutely love serving our community, and because our stand is self-serve and operates on the honor system, we want to reiterate a few simple rules to keep everything running smoothly. 🤍

• If an order has a NAME on it — DO NOT TAKE IT.
That means it is a PRE-ORDER for another customer.

• If an item is available and up for grabs, it will simply have a PRICE on it.
Name = Pre-order 🚫
Price only = Available ✅

• Please pay for every item you take before leaving the stand.

• Dunham Freeze Co. has their OWN Venmo posted at the stand.
ALL freeze-dried treat sales need to be sent directly to Kaci/Dunham Freeze Co. Please do not send freeze-dried payments to Cunningham Farms.

• Please double-check labels, prices, and payment information before leaving.

• Please do not move, open, or take anything from another customer’s labeled order.

• If you are ever unsure whether something is available or who to pay, please message us before taking it!

We also want to clarify something about our available goodies because we know it can sometimes be disappointing to stop by and find that nothing is currently up for grabs.

There are days when we post available items and customers quickly call dibs on them. Once someone claims an item, we put their name on it for pickup. So even though that item may have originally been available, by the time you arrive at the stand it may already be spoken for.

That means you may occasionally come by and find no baked goods currently available for purchase.

Please remember — I am just one person baking as much as I possibly can. 🤍 I truly do my best to keep the stand stocked, but some days things sell or get claimed faster than I can replace them.

If you want to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for, pre-orders are always the best way to guarantee availability.

We completely understand that it can be frustrating to make the trip and find things sold out, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue doing the very best we can for our little community

We do our very best to make everything at the stand clear and easy. Our little stand runs on honesty, kindness, and respect, and we are so thankful for everyone who helps us keep the honor system working. 🤍🌾

Fresh Peach Cobbler Cupcakes and Strawberry Mini Cobblers are cooling now and will be headed straight to the stand as soon as they’re ready!

A little update from me and our Cunningham Farms family 🤍

We will be baking fresh in the morning, and I’m spending tonight getting everything prepped—including all that yummy peach pie filling 🍑🤍

I do want to be transparent with y’all though—I’m still moving at a much slower pace than normal. I have some health issues going on right now that we are actively getting taken care of, so please continue to keep me in your prayers. 🙏🏼

Because of that, we will NOT be opening at our normal 9 AM time tomorrow. Please, please, PLEASE watch our posts for updates on when orders are ready and when fresh stock officially hits the stand!

If you know me, you know how much I love our customers. I truly try to treat every person who comes through our little stand like family, and slowing down is definitely not my norm. But right now, I have to give myself a little grace and listen to my body while still doing what I love. 🤍

I hope y’all will understand, be patient with us, and continue allowing our family the privilege of serving yours. Your support, kindness, prayers, and love mean more to us than I could ever put into words.

Tonight we prep the peaches, tomorrow we bake fresh, and we’ll see y’all at the stand—just on a little slower Southern schedule. 🍑😂🤍
