WHO WANTS A COOKIE SANDWICH?!?! I’ve been having a blast experimenting in the kitchen this week and will have the results ready to share with all of you this Sunday! I have a few more recipes to test, but I’m really excited about these babies and can’t wait for y’all to get to try them. I’ll have some new stuffed cookie flavors as well, so hit me up to reserve a box today, or stop by the pop up on Sunday to get you some, bebe!
Featured here are my new signature cookie dough sandwiches, which are chocolate chip cookies filled with edible cookie dough filling and finished off with a ganache drizzle and sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Also have a brownie cookie sandwich with a chocolate cookie dough filling and chopped hazelnuts… kinda like a Nutella/Fererro Rocher-esqe sorta vibe. And last but certainly not least, a lemon and white chocolate chip sandwich with blueberry cream cheese frosting, finished off with an Italian lemon creme drizzle.
