🎃👻 Halloween Petit Fours, but make them SPOOKY CUTE! 👀💕

Our students got creative with their own color combinations and made the cutest (and slightly creepy 👀) royal icing eyeballs to top off their creations!

They also learned how to properly prep, cut, and cover their petit fours in a delicious, smooth glaze. And of course, everyone went home with their own sweet little masterpieces! 💕

🍎 HOW MANY APPLES CAN YOU DIP?
1 LB: Approx. 8–10 medium apples
5 LBS: Approx. 40–50 medium apples

Yields vary based on apple size and coating thickness.

Baker’s Tip: Peter’s Caramel is naturally soft! Adding chocolate helps keep the caramel from sliding off your apples.

👻🎀 BOUGIE GHOSTS HAVE ENTERED THE CHAT! 💅✨

Our Bougie Ghost Cake Pop Class was an absolute blast, and these little ghosts turned out TOO CUTE! 💕

Everyone got to use my little ghost cake pop molds to create their very own bougie masterpieces, complete with their own mini Stanley tumblers (because obviously 💁‍♀️), trick-or-treat pails overflowing with candy, the cutest sprinkles, and of course, we couldn’t forget those BIG pink bows! 🎀🍬

And can we talk about their little facial expressions?! 😍 Every single ghost had its own personality, and I’m obsessed with how they turned out!

Who knew ghosts could be this extra?! 👻💖
