Y’all may have noticed that Dalton & Ian haven’t been around the café this weekend, it’s ok we miss them too.
The two of them, & Eric from our Baton Rouge coffee lab, have been up in Boston at the @sca_us conference representing Rêve!
This annual gathering of coffee wizards is how we keep our knowledge of best practices & the skills, tools & resources to implement them, up to date. We can’t wait to learn from them when they return!
The goodest dogs spend their Saturday mornings on our patio helping their people make new friends over a cup of Rêve coffee, bring your person and come enjoy the sunshine!🐶
One of my favorite flavor combos has hit the case in the form of a flaky and super loaded Cronut, it’s blueberry orange and it’s limited so c’mon! 🫐🍊
Y’all may remember @kykybooie from our Baton Rouge Coffee Lab, he created last spring’s delightful Crimson Fog. Kyle hit us again this year with a super refreshing, tea based signature drink, earning a spot on our Spring 2022 menu with the Oranged Palmer!

The Little Lad is layered with fruity & creamy goodness, accented with our juicy Ethiopia espresso & the pleasant texture of sparkling water. Not bad for a coffee roaster, Chris!

Alright y’all, this is happening, the first BR throwdown since 2019 is tonight at our @revecoffeelab.btr and we are so stoked to see everyone!
We want to remind everyone that the throwdown is open to the public and free to watch & hang out. Anyone who wants to compete, whether you’re a barista or not, can do so for a $5 entry(all entry fees collected go toward cash prizes for winners).
Wristbands for those 21+ will be available for only $10 & include all you can drink beer as well as 2 raffle tickets for door prizes!

We’re starting April with a special edition of Saturday Morning Cartoons, featuring 4 waffles inspired by our 4 Spring 2022 signature drinks!
First up is the Little Lad waffle: espresso waffle topped with blueberry lemon compote, whipped cream, and a lemon zest garnish.
It’s going down this Saturday, 4/2, with spring waffles & Turning Red on the big screen!

Inspired by egg cream sodas from the olden days, our NOLA Egg Cream is made with cold-frothed NOLA cold brew flavored with white & dark chocolates & vanilla, mixed with malt infused cream, textured with tongue tickling bubble water, & garnished with dark chocolate shavings & a fudge filled wafer straw. Damn.🤩
Berries & cream, berries & cream…& lemon, & sparkling water, & espresso. There’s more to making a happy Little Lad and we’ve figured it out!

Fresh brewed Earl Grey tea, sweetened with house-made vanilla syrup, poured over ice in a tiki glass, mixed with orange juice, and topped with a dried orange wheel.🍊
