We are continuing to return messages left over our vacation and from this weekend. A reminder that we are a very small family team, who are not just answering the phone, but doing our daily tea service as well as prepping and baking/cooking. For context, we returned to over 60 voice messages from vacation, in addition to trying to manage incoming calls and messages from this past weekend. In addition, we always state that we return phone calls within a few days. Please do NOT leave multiple messages within a few days, as this causes delays and fills up our machine.
We always try our best to get everyone in when they desire, and try to accommodate the best we can if we can't. We are an intimate tea room, so we do fill up fast. Again, we recommend calling well ahead of time to ensure your desired date/time. We understand the frustration of not being able to get in exactly when you wanted, but we ask that you remain respectful to our family.
If you have emailed us within the past 2 weeks or so, we are currently going through those this week to catch up. If your email was longer than 2 weeks and you still have an inquiry, please send a follow up email (it may have gone to spam). We appreciate your patience!
