What says winter like an igloo cake and snow people having a snowball fight while skating on a frozen pond? Cake made of triple chocolate and filled with an almond mousse and candied pecans, covered and modeled with fondant and ice made of blue Jolly Ranchers.

Thanksgiving Cake! Didn't have time to do the fondant turkey though. Carrot cake filled with pumpkin cream.
