Dear Valued Customers,
After four and a half years of baking countless gluten free breads, bagels, cookies, and other treats, I have made the difficult decision to close DnS Bakery. Recent life events have made it that stepping away from the business is the best thing for myself and my loved ones. I reassure you it is not my health (I've had so many people have that as their first thought!), but rather a new path in my baking journey.
I have made the decision to enroll in classes in order to earn a degree in Pastry Arts. I hope, after learning even more baking methods and techniques, to emerge in two years time with enough skills and knowledge to open up an even better gluten free bakery for all of you.
I will definitely miss my customers, especially the ones I was able to interact with at the farmers markets in Wilmot and Weirs Beach. My products are still available to be ordered through Local Foods Plymouth for this week, and there should still be plenty of inventory at Moulton Farm and E.M. Heath Supermarket.
Thank again for all of your kind words and support throughout these past few years. I wish you all the best of luck in whatever the future has in store for you!
