I’m a little bit late posting these but I was dealing with a Kidney Infection shortly after the holiday! But here are the wonderfully delicious Red White and Blue treats I made!!
We have Blueberry Muffin Bars with a crumb topping; which I split in thirds to dye 1/3 red 1/3 blue and keep 1/3 normal to give it the 4th of July shine!!! These are cut into 2x4 bars and as a premium bar they sell for about $3 a bar or $25 a dozen. They are absolutely delicious and come with a nice hinty zest of Lemon!!
Next we have my S’more Bars; these are a new chewy and delicious treat I made they feature a graham cracker crust layered with homemade marshmallow cream and Hershey chocolate bars through out topped with a split layer of the graham cracker crust again. To add the 4th of July charm I drizzled white chocolate in the iconic Red White and Blue sprinkled with some golden stars. These are also cut into 2x4 bars and with being a premium bar as well they sell at $3 a bar or $25 a dozen. They’re chewy and are just as good as an old fashioned S’more.
Last but not least my favorite bar to make for any occasion/holiday my Funfetti Cookie Bars!! Made the same every time but adjusted to show off the holiday spirit, I tossed 1/3 of the white chocolate chips in red dye and 1/3 in blue dye. Then I added red and blue sprinkles all mixed into the dough, topped with plain vanilla sandwich cookies, white chocolate chips and red, blue, and gold star sprinkles. These are also cut into 2x4 bars and are considered premium bars as well they sell for $4 a bar or $35 a dozen. I don’t have to tell you how amazingly delicious these are!
Overall I enjoyed baking and topping these bars so much! They all turned out so festive and adorable!!
