My Story
When I moved to America I started gaining weight for no reason. Coming from Germany I was raised with a big variety of different kinds of bread. Since bread belongs to a healthy diet for over thousands of years, I decided to take matters in my own hands.
From time to time I would give whoever came to my house a taste of my fresh baked bread, until one day my plumber was insisting on me baking bread commercially.
So Franky’s Whole Grain was born!
The idea is very simple: The Bread has to be a tasty and healthy food by preserving all Vitamins, Nutrients and Vitality. So I started milling my own flour to make sure it doesn't contain any enzymes or preservatives. I am convinced that the old traditional German way of bread making stopped disrupting my Metabolism. Finally my weight turned back to normal.
