One of our lovely customers asked if we could make gluten-free, NOT sugar-free, fudge. It took us several attempts (a big thank you to our awesome taste-testers!) but we are all really pleased with the final result ❤ Yes, those are gluten-free Oreos - in our opinion the absolute best store-bought gluten-free cookie on the market!!

We don't do enough cookie pics! Raspberry jam stuffed shortbread cookies with white chocolate icing and raspberry sprinkles, and peanut butter stuffed shortbread cookies with milk chocolate icing. Both keto-friendly, gluten-free and diabetic-friendly. We've never tried dunking them in almond or oat milk, but we have had them with our mid-day coffee when we've needed a pick-me-up 😁
